How to upload it

Once your car passes, we sign the form. Then in the Lyft Driver app, go to your account, find Documents, and upload a photo of the form. Want a hand? We’re happy to help you do it before you leave.

How often do I need one?

Lyft asks for a new inspection at least once a year. Your app will tell you your exact due date, so check it there.
