Starting January 1, 2025, all eligible trucks must meet new compliance standards, including emissions testing and registration in CARB’s database.

This includes RVs that fall under the program’s requirements. This program is essential for businesses operating commercial vehicles in California to avoid penalties and ensure seamless operations.

CARB Clean Truck Check tests needed by engine year/fuel type:
For diesel engines 2013 and newer we provide OBD II testing.
For diesel engines 2012 and older we provide Smoke Opacity testing and visual inspections.
For alternative fuel non-OBD vehicles (with 2017 and older engines) we provide visual inspections.

Mobile Testing Service
